About the organization

Eugene Neighbors Inc. (ENI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed in August, 2000 by members of Eugene’s Neighborhood Leaders Council to ensure the continuity of neighborhood associations and community organizations by providing financial stability in times of unstable city funding.
